These terms are intended to help you understand how delivery, collection, returns and warranty-related collections work when you order from PartServe Shop. Please read them before placing your order so you know what to expect and what information may be required from you.


1. Delivery Area

PartServe Shop currently offers standard delivery to addresses within South Africa only.

Please review the delivery charges and conditions below before completing your order.


2. Standard Delivery Charge

A standard delivery charge of R150.00 excluding VAT applies to deliveries within South Africa.

This charge applies to normal-sized orders that can be sent using PartServe's standard delivery service.


3. Full Payment Required Before Dispatch

Please note: all orders must be paid in full before they can be dispatched.

We will only release an order for delivery once full payment, including any applicable delivery charges, has been received and confirmed.

If payment has not yet been received or cannot be confirmed, your order will remain on hold until payment has been verified.


4. Free Delivery

Orders of R3,000.00 or more, excluding VAT, may qualify for free standard delivery within South Africa.

Free delivery applies to standard deliveries only and may not apply to oversized, unusually heavy or large-quantity shipments.


5. Delivery Times

PartServe's standard delivery service operates Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Normal delivery to major centres throughout South Africa is approximately 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Deliveries to outlying, remote or rural areas may take longer and are subject to the courier's delivery schedule and service availability.

Deliveries are made on weekdays only. Deliveries are not normally made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may change because of courier availability, order processing, stock availability, the delivery destination or circumstances outside PartServe's control.


6. Large or Oversized Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply where an order:

If this applies to your order, PartServe will request a delivery quotation from the relevant transport provider. We will share the quoted charge with you, and it must be accepted and paid before the order is dispatched.


7. Collection Orders

You may choose to collect your order from any PartServe branch, provided collection has been arranged and confirmed with the relevant branch.

Orders can be collected from the PartServe branch where the order was placed or from another PartServe branch where collection has been specifically arranged and confirmed in advance.

Please wait until PartServe confirms that your order is ready for collection before visiting a branch or sending a courier.


Information Required for Collection

To help us release your order quickly and securely, the person collecting the goods must provide:

For collections by a courier or third party, the person collecting must be able to provide the Sales Order Number and valid identification.


Payment Required Before Collection

Please note: all collection orders must be paid in full before the goods can be released.

No goods will be handed over until the order has been fully paid and the payment has been confirmed by PartServe.

No goods will be handed over to any customer, courier or third party without the required collection information and valid identification.


Customer-Paid Collection Services

Where a collection is arranged at the customer's cost, the applicable collection fee must be paid in full before PartServe will arrange the collection.

No customer-paid collection will be booked or arranged until full payment of the collection charge has been received and confirmed by PartServe.

PartServe reserves the right to refuse or delay the collection arrangement if payment has not been received or cannot be confirmed.


8. Export Deliveries

PartServe Shop does not provide standard delivery services for export orders.

Orders for delivery outside South Africa are handled as collection only, unless a separate export shipping quotation is requested and accepted.

Customers may request a delivery quotation for export orders. Where possible, PartServe can obtain a shipping quotation from a suitable courier or freight provider. Any such quotation will be provided separately and must be paid in full before the shipment is arranged.


9. Warranty

All products sold by PartServe carry a return-to-PartServe warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions for the product.

This means that if a product develops a fault during its applicable warranty period, the customer is required to return the product to one of the PartServe branches for assessment and processing under the warranty.


10. Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products

If a product is found to be faulty on arrival, damaged during delivery by the PartServe delivery service, or the incorrect product was supplied, PartServe will arrange collection of the product at PartServe's cost, subject to verification of the issue.

Please notify PartServe as soon as possible after receiving your order if you believe the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If the product or packaging was damaged during delivery, please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product so that we can assess the issue.


11. Product Returns and Collection

Where PartServe has confirmed that a product needs to be returned due to being faulty on arrival, damaged by the PartServe delivery service, or incorrectly supplied, PartServe will arrange the collection at PartServe's cost.

12. Collection Address and Contact Details

For returns collected from a customer, the product will be collected from the same address to which the original order was delivered, unless otherwise agreed with PartServe.

13. Inspection of Returned Products

All products returned to PartServe are subject to inspection upon receipt.

PartServe will assess the returned product to determine whether the issue is consistent with the reason provided for the return.

Where applicable, the outcome of the inspection will determine whether the product qualifies for a repair, replacement, credit or other appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and conditions.


14. Delivery Charges and Quotations

Delivery charges are calculated based on the size, weight, quantity, destination and nature of the goods being shipped.

PartServe reserves the right to obtain a separate delivery quotation where the standard delivery charge is not suitable for the shipment.

Customers will be advised of any additional delivery charges before the order is dispatched.


15. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, weather, traffic, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside PartServe's control.

PartServe will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered within the estimated delivery period but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.


16. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

PartServe cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.


17. Acceptance of Delivery

Please inspect your goods when they are delivered and report any visible damage or discrepancies to PartServe as soon as possible.

Where a shipment appears to have been damaged during transportation, the customer should record the damage with the courier at the time of delivery and notify PartServe immediately.

Customers should retain all original packaging until the product has been inspected and confirmed to be satisfactory.


18. General

PartServe reserves the right to amend these Delivery, Returns, Warranty & Collection Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
